These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the jiliko login platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users accessing jilikologin.app from the Philippines or any other permitted jurisdiction. Use of the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is not permitted.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use jiliko login, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
  • You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable in your place of residence.
  • You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
  • You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when registering or placing wagers.
  • You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have an account that has been suspended or closed by jiliko login.

jiliko login reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under the eligible age will be immediately suspended, and any balance may be voided. Providing false information about your age or identity is a material breach of these terms.

3. Account Creation and Security

Each user may register one account only on jiliko login. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. jiliko login will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify jiliko login immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. Account access is strictly personal and non-transferable.

jiliko login reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any stage, particularly in connection with withdrawals. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in account restriction until such verification is completed.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a user of jiliko login, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not engage in any of the following:

  • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other means to access or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
  • Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or other fraudulent activity.
  • Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable.

5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals

All transactions on jiliko login are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion involved for users depositing through supported local channels including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and partner bank transfer services.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. jiliko login does not guarantee a specific processing time for any third-party payment provider.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds. Requests to withdraw to a payment account not matching the registered account holder's name may be declined. jiliko login reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits at its discretion in compliance with applicable regulations.

Funds in your account are held for gaming purposes only. jiliko login does not pay interest on account balances. In the event of account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification, provided no outstanding issues are associated with the account.

6. Limitation of Liability

jiliko login provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain service availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiliko login shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming opportunities due to technical outages, data loss, or unauthorised account access.

jiliko login does not guarantee any specific outcome or return from any game or wagering event. Gaming results are determined by certified random number generation systems or real-time event outcomes. The platform does not manipulate results in favour of any party.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the date of the claim.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

jiliko login reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Provision of false or misleading identity or verification information.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable law.
  • Account inactivity for a prolonged period, as defined by internal policy.
  • Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jiliko login may freeze the account balance during that period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance will be made available. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

8. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

All content on the jiliko login platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, and structural design, is the property of jiliko login or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any platform content without express written permission.

The platform may contain links or references to third-party services, including payment providers. jiliko login does not endorse or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

jiliko login reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Significant changes may be communicated to registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law. jiliko login operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming and data protection regulations.
